Your company prepared me quite thoroughly for my licensing test. I took the test in July 2006. They gave me 45 minutes to take the state (Texas) portion and 1:15 minutes to take the National portion. I walked out having taken both in 37 minutes and passed both the first time. After that I started working in the Houston area. I was named Rookie of the Year for all three of our offices. I credit this to having the proper foundation of education provided by VanEd.

I just finished my pre-licensing program. A friend started a few days before me with another vendor's program, and has had lots of technical difficulties and is very frustrated. I'm so glad I chose VanEd! Now, on to pass the state exam!

With your awesome study plan and a lot of luck I passed the National portion the first time and the State portion the second time, ONLY TWO days before I would have had to re-apply. I have a friend who went with a different school, also a correspondence, and she has taken her test 6 times and still trying to get past her national portion. Hello, Just wanted to take a minute and let you know I took my state license exam yesterday and passed on the first attempt.bbI want to thank you for your course. I chose your course over several others being offered on line mostly because of the affordability, but It was also the easiest to read and comprehend. The text book was a huge help as it and the online content are essentially mirror images of each other and that made quick reference's easier. Once again, Thanks!

I just wanted to thank you for your course of study in Texas Real Estate. I took my state test on 12/27/2005. I am sure you know the pass/fail rate for this test. I passed mine on the first attempt.

Quess what? Not only were they excellent courses, I passed my Brokers test in about 30 minutes. The State of Texas allows about 2 hours for the exam, and I basically walked in and aced the test.

Online is the way for me, but my last 2 years' experiences were not as enjoyable. I was actually close to giving up when I came across your website late last night. You made my day when you told me it was 100% online and here I am, on the last chapter. I have been wanting to take a Property Management course for the last couple of years, but could only find correspondence and classroom courses, which I didn't want to do. This has worked out perfect! I will definitely spread the word to my partners in the real estate business.

I've completed all the final exams and want to let you know I thought the course was well organized and easy to move through while learning. The web site was very efficient, and in my opinion, superior to many other sites.
