Texas real estate licensing exams are offered through the third party provider PSI.
Please click on the link below to open the PSI website and view their information concerning Texas examinations. PSI - Texas Exam Info Under current State rules, you have six (6) months from the date you file your application to take the TREC state exam within which to pass the state exam. If it is not passed within that time period, you must re-apply. If your evaluation of education documents request is older than one year, it must also be re-submitted with a new fee before you reapply for the test. Note: this applies to the state exam, not to VanEd exams or courses. |
