II. Enrollment and Fees

Tuition for the 210 credit-hour real estate prelicensing education courses is $685.00. Tuition and may be paid by check, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. The tuition includes Texas Real Estate, 9th Edition, Charles J. Jacobus, as well as the VanEd online course work. Tuition for individual Core Courses is assessed at $115 per 30 credit-hour increments.

A $25.00 service charge will be assessed upon the return of any check.

III. Grading Policy

Students must complete all quizzes, exercises, unit exams and the final exams that correspond with each course. The student must correctly answer at least a 75 percent of the final exam questions to pass each course. All exams are taken online with the grades being posted immediately. In the event a student does not pass, the student may re-take the exams.

Because courses are offered through distance learning (individualized instruction method), students can work at their own pace. However, the refund policy is based on the student studying at least 16 hours per week, with all courses being completed within thirteen weeks. (See refund policy below.) Please note that students who can maintain this schedule have a better chance of retaining the information and passing the state exam than those who spread their study over a longer period of time.

The School maintains a Student Progress Report showing the commencement date, date of receipt of Completion Certificate, date each exam was taken, and scores given. The student, upon request, will be given a copy of his progress report.

Delays in Course Completion:

As a result, we encourage you to complete the course material as rapidly as possible. If there has been a substantial delay, we encourage you to review courses already completed for changes.
